Security Breach Handling
Prefr maintains a comprehensive breach response plan to be executed in the event of a data security breach which is in compliance with the RBI's Digital Lending Directions, 2025.
In the unlikely event of a security incident affecting user data, we take immediate action to contain the issue, assess the impact, and notify the Regulators, Lender(s), Partners, and affected users as required under applicable laws.
We also implement necessary remedial measures to address the cause and prevent recurrence.
